His engineering career started at Westinghouse where he was the design and manufacturing engineer in the development of the emergency controller for the Navy’s next generation Seawolf submarine.
FlowSense‘s capabilities include supplier of equipment and systems, engineering services, and project management in flow control and industrial solutions, environmental systems, and biometric verification (ID authentication through fingerprint and facial recognition). FlowSense is based in Minneapolis, MN.
Since started FlowSense, Paul Smallwood has diligently promoted other small business owners, woman owned business, and minority business enterprises. As a result, FlowSense has implemented several successful projects through the synergistic partnership with other small businesses and minority enterprises.
