Maple Grove, MN. FlowSense Building Services was awarded a multi-year Facilities Management contract from the General Services Administration (GSA) for the five (5) Federal Office Building (FOB) located in Minnesota. The turnkey building management services provided by FlowSense will include janitorial, grounds keeping , snow removal, and mechanical services for facilities located in Minneapolis, Fergus Falls, Bemidji, and Austin. The base contract is for 3 years, beginning in April 2010 with a 2 year option, extending the contract through March of 2015.
