We currently seek a highly qualified candidate for a full time position as Office Manager/Bookkeeper. Hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. We currently seek several HVAC apprentices for ongoing retrofit projects and maintenance services. Qualifications for this position is knowledge of heating and air-conditioning installation both new and existing retrofit. This is a part time job which could be full time as candidates demonstrate their capabilities. Hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Benefits include competitive hourly rate and daily gas allowance. Healthcare benefits and company fringes are available upon permanent hire.
Construction Project Manager/Estimator
We currently seek an experienced project manager/Estimator for commercial construction projects. Must have 5-10 years and extensive knowledge in related construction trades including mechanical, electrical, and general. The candidate must have excellent organizational skills , a strong work ethic and a high level of integrity. An engineering degree is preferred however successful past experiences will be considered. Responsibilities include:
- Evaluate installation procedures to meet codes and in cost effective manner
- Evaluate estimate and determine labor, material, subcontractors cost
- Provide overall management direction for multiple projects
- Negotiate and generate vendor and sub-contractor purchase orders
- Schedule equipment deliveries based on schedule
- Evaluate submittals to reflect contract drawing and specifications
- Represents FlowSense in owner/client meetings
- Evaluate field personnel
- Building customer relations
- Bring job in on time and under budget
- Some overnight travel required
Supply Procurement Specialist
We are launching a new division and ground floor opportunity exists for a talented individual who can handle a fast pace entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities include ongoing product sales and marketing activities to the federal government & defense contractors, secure new business & prepare quotes.
