FlowSense awarded Plumbing & HVAC contract for the Washington County Transit Center Project
FlowSense, LLC, Maple Grove, MN - July 22, 2007. FlowSense announced today that its Building Services Group has been awarded a turnkey plumbing & HVAC contract from Lund Martin Construction for the mechanical work on the new Washington County Transit Center in Forest Lake, Minnesota.
The contract specified furnishing all necessary plumbing & HVAC material, equipment, supervision, tools and labor for the construction of a new transit center and trailhead. The new transit center includes indoor and outdoor waiting areas, public restrooms, a vending area and mechanical space. A 300-space parking lot and Hardwood Creek Trail connection would also be constructed. The transit center is expected to be operational by the end of 2007.
