FlowSense awarded facilities services contract by US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
FlowSense, LLC, Maple Grove, MN - July 10, 2005. FlowSense announced today that its environmental services team has been awarded a contract from the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for an installation project in Nevada.
FlowSense will provide and install sound absorbing systems at the US EPA facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. “We are excited to have won this award as it is FlowSense's first 8a procurement contract, with hopefully many more to follow,“ stated Paul Smallwood, CEO of FlowSense. "The EPA contract highlights FlowSense's strengths and competitiveness in providing the best technical and commercial value in environmental services and facilities integration."
With another recent award from the US Navy for both design and installation work in Italy, FlowSense has established itself as a company called on for its engineering and services capabilities. "We have shown that we can compete effectively in both domestic and international arenas,” said Smallwood.
